Anchored in Truth™ Striving Not to Build 'Great' Churches, but 'True' Churches

Radio

Daily, half-hour radio programs can be heard locally in the Shoals area as well as online at anchoredintruth.org.  This ministry, which began in 1991, has impacted literally thousands of lives and is Anchored in Truth’s oldest ministry.

Television

The weekly half-hour television program is available across North Alabama and Southern Middle Tennessee. This ministry began in 1994. It has proven to be the most popular program in its timeslot.

Internet

Being online has become a rapidly growing ministry. The website has surpassed both radio and television in popularity. Literally thousands of people view the site weekly, taking advantage of message downloads, the online store, and other valuable resources that are available.

Conferences

There are several conferences that are offered including the annual True Church Conference and the Reality Check Student Conference.  Both have experienced tremendous growth in recent years and are used to impact pastors, families, and students for the glory of God. Other conferences are being developed as well.

Pastors Network

This is a network of nearly 200 pastors from all across the nation who are striving after truth in their local churches. As a part of this network, church leaders are provided the opportunity to receive ministry resources.

Church Planting

Currently there are certain churches that are in a covenant agreement to be church plants.  They, along with others who have partnered to be mentored, are striving to build their churches on a foundation of truth that has marked Anchored in Truth since its inception.

Literature

This area of ministry is still under development. Anchored in Truth aims to provide literature for pastors and church leaders who desire to build the church on truth.  This ministry will address the how-to’s of implementing truth within the context of the local church.

Bible Institute

Also under development is the establishment of a Bible Institute to train and send church planters.  The uniqueness of this ministry is that the training will be done in the laboratory of the local church, which is essential for true ministry training.
