Read Passage: Hebrews 11:23*
God ordained that Moses would deliver Israel and lead them our of their bondage. But it required Amram and Jochebed to have a plan. They had to equip themselves and be diligent to keep this child hidden. You see the balance of sovereignty and human responsibility? It is always there in the Scriptures.
