Jeff Noblit has served on the pastoral staff at Grace Life Church of the Shoals since 1981 and has served as the senior pastor since 1989. Grace Life Church is known for its earnest desire to be glory of God focused, Christ honoring, and Bible saturated with a passion for spreading the Gospel to all peoples for the glory of God. Jeff is the founder and president of Anchored in Truth Ministries, which is centered on expository preaching. Anchored in Truth is committed to supply resources and materials to strengthen the development of healthy local churches. In recent years God has expanded the ministry to include church planting and the support of missionaries who are committed to both sound doctrine and practice in the local church. God has used the True Church Conferences hosted by Grace Life Church and Anchored in Truth Ministries to help train leaders in the United States and around the world. He is the author of the Accountability Notebook, which has been a tool in personal discipleship for more than 25 years. He has also authored booklets including The Great Answer to the Great Question, Born to Reform, Seeking God: Examining the State of Your Soul, and Baptism: Our Profession of Faith. He has contributed articles to various journals and magazines including The Messenger published by Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary, Founders Journal, The Wall Street Journal, and the book entitled Calvinism: A Southern Baptist Dialogue. He and his wife, Pam, have three daughters: Katie Leigh who is married to Garrett Shirey, Taylor Beth who is married to Tyler Farris, and Anna Claire. They also have three grandchildren, Rylan, Aulcie Kate, and Rayce.



Steve is the Vice-President of Operations and Management for Anchored in Truth Ministries He also serves as the Associate Pastor for Missions and Congregational Care at Grace Life Church of the Shoals. Steve graduated from Auburn University in 1985 (B.S. Ed.) and went on to graduate in 1991 from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Memphis, Tennessee (M. Div.). He also holds a degree in Biblical Counseling from the Masters College in Santa Clarita, California (M.A.B.C.), and has done coursework toward a Doctorate of Ministry in Expository Preaching from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee. Steve first served at Grace Life Church as the Youth Pastor and Senior Associate Pastor from 1993 until 2004 then came back in 2010 to serve in his current positions. He has been married to his wife, Allison, since 1990 and they have three children: Lindsey, Gray, and Shelby. In his free time, Steve enjoys watching Auburn football.



Tim produces all of the media for Anchored in Truth including radio programs and videos, and he maintains the website as well. He also serves as a Shepherding Pastor for Grace Life Church of the Shoals. Tim attended Calhoun Community College in Decatur, Alabama, and Auburn University pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering. After God changed his direction, he graduated from the University of North Alabama in Florence, Alabama, with a B.S. Degree in Radio, Television and Film. Since coming on staff at Grace Life Church in 1990, Tim has worn many hats and has served in many areas including missions, administration and education. Prior to being on staff Tim worked in radio broadcasting for over fourteen years. He has been married to his wife Lynne since 1984 and they have four children: Meredith, Mallory, Timothy and Thomas. In his free time Tim enjoys time with his family, the Andy Griffith Show and Auburn University athletics.



Dawn is the part-time secretary for Anchored In Truth.  She came to know Christ through the ministries of Grace Life Church of the Shoals and has been a member since 1982.  She graduated from Shoals Community College, Muscle Shoals, Alabama, in Accounting.  Dawn was on the secretarial staff at Grace Life from 1991-2001.  During that time the church sent her as a missionary to Niger, West Africa, for two years.  She has been married to her husband, Tony, since 2000 and they have three children:  Jaidyn, Avery, and Sylas.
