*Several hotels are under construction in the Shoals area, including Holiday Inn Express and Residence Inn in Florence, and Microtel in Tuscumbia.

ALTERNATE LODGING
A limited number of Grace Life Church households open their homes to out-of-town conference participants at no cost. Additionally, camp-style men’s housing is available for $10 per person per night. These options are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to church leaders. Requests for alternate lodging must be made online at anchoredintruth.org. Be prepared to provide your own transportation to and from the conference.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
The Northwest Alabama Regional Airport is less than two miles from Grace Life and within a few miles of any of the accommodations. The Huntsville International Airport is serviced by all major airlines and is approximately 55 miles from Grace Life. Both airports offer car rental services.

MEALS
A continental breakfast will be provided on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Lunch and dinner will be on your own. Numerous restaurants are located near the church.

SNACKS
Throughout the day, complimentary refreshments will be available.

ATTIRE
We recommend comfortable, business-casual attire during the conference.

BOOKSTORE
The conference offers a bookstore where you can purchase books and music arrangements for your personal or church library at discounted prices.

AUDIO & VIDEO RECORDINGS
All sessions will be recorded and may be purchased at the conference or afterward on our website. Unauthorized audio or video recording by attendees is strictly prohibited.

PHOTO CONSENT & RELEASE
The conference will be videotaped and photographed. By attending, participants grant consent, permission, and copyright to Anchored in Truth and Grace Life Church for use of the images (in which participants appear) in any and/or all media related to these ministries.
