Q: Must I register to attend?
A: The conference is $45 per person through December 31, 2016 then goes to $75 per person on January 1, 2017. Only those registered will receive conference materials and complimentary breakfast and snacks. There are tremendous costs in hosting the conference, and it would be our expectation that all who plan to attend would register.
Q: Does My Wife need to register?
A: Yes, if your wife will be attending the Conference with you then she needs to register as well.
Q: Are children allowed at the conference?
A: Because the conference is designed for pastors, there is no childcare during the daytime sessions. However, there will be a Children's Missions Conference each night during the 7:00 p.m. sessions on Thursday, Friday and Saturday for children in grades 1-5. Also, a nursery is provided during the evening sessions and on Sunday morning for children birth - age 5.
Q: If I decide to bring my children, do I need to register them?
A: The Children's Missions Conference is free to all children in grades 1-5. However, as in years past, all children 6th grade and older will need to be registered. Please be aware that childcare is not provided during the daytime sessions of the conference.
Q: Will the sessions be available for purchase on CD and DVD?
A: Yes, all sessions will be recorded on CD and DVD. You may purchase individual sessions or complete sets.
Q: Will the conference be available online?
A: Yes, we are offering live streaming of all of the conference sessions. Also, these sessions will be available in the service archive for a week after the conference to allow for more viewing time.
