Pastor Oscar serves in the country of Mexico planting biblical churches for the glory of God. He is the pastor of Iglesia Biblica Fundamentos Firmes (Firm Foundations Bible Church), and his ministry includes the oversight and development of two churches, the training of leaders, and the edification of churches through the Word of God. He and his wife have three children, and their oldest daughter was just married. They serve the Lord Jesus Christ with joy, obeying the Great Commission described in Matthew 28:18-20.

November 2025 Update

Iglesia Biblica Fundamentos Firmes is a church that is dedicated 100 percent to discipling others. Jesus told us in Matthew 28:18-20 to go to the lost to teach the Word of God. Many churches make disciples within the members of the church, but give little effort to go out of the church walls to reach out to the lost world. In Acts 1:8 God sent us to be His witnesses to the lost so they may know Jesus as their Savior. We have started a discipleship program called D-7 with 74 church members sharing the Gospel starting in Genesis to family members, friends, neighbors, coworkers, etc. It is important for a church to not stay within its walls.

 We had baptisms in September. Seventeen people were baptized for the glory of God.

 In October we were blessed with Pastor Blake Kenaum’s visit. He preached in the churches, and it was a great blessing for everyone.
