Pastor Oscar serves in the country of Mexico planting biblical churches for the glory of God. His ministry includes the oversight and development of two churches, the training of leaders, and the edification of churches through the Word of God. He and his wife have three children, and their oldest daughter was just married. They serve the Lord Jesus Christ with joy, obeying the Great Commission described in Matthew 28:18-20.
