FAQs

- Is the conference open to everyone?

Typically the conference is geared for pastors and missionaries, but we always have a lot of lay people attend, some with their pastors and some just on their own. Women are welcome. We welcome wives to come with their husbands.  We have a lot of couples who come each year to be refreshed.  We do ask that both of you register.

- Is there childcare?

Typically, the conference is geared for pastors and missionaries, but we always welcome wives and children as well.  There is not a nursery provided during the daytime sessions, but we do have a Cry Room with a soundproof window in the back of the auditorium if babies are fussy so moms can still hear the service while attending to their child.  Thursday through Saturday nights at 6:30 we will have a Children's Missions Conference for grades 1-5 as well as nursery for younger children.  If you have children those ages, they are welcome to attend; we just need their names and ages (this can be added to your registration form) so that our Children's Director can be prepared for them. And lastly, Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m., we have our Small Group classes for everyone, and during the service we have nursery/children's church for age 0 through grade 5.

- Will there be accommodation?

We will house all of our church plants and their members/families and our supported missionaries.

- Are meals provided?

All of our registered guests are welcome to eat breakfast before our first session each morning in our Fellowship Hall. For lunch and supper we have several restaurants and drive-throughs within a 2 mile radius of the church.

- Will the messages be recorded?

In the past, we have made our conferences only available in USB flash drive form afterwards.

- Do you allow exhibitors?

We do not allow exhibitors at this time.

- What is the conference schedule?

The conference begins at 6:30pm on Thursday, with registration opening at 3:00. It will end around noon on Sunday. A detailed schedule will be announced closer to conference time.
