Pastor Juan Tacsa ha servido como plantador y pastor con los Ministerios Anclados en la Verdad por más de 15 años. Él sierve en las montañas de Perú trabajando con la gente Jaqaru en los pueblos de Aiza, Tupe, y Colca. Su ministerio incluye el evangelismo, la enseñanza, la predicación, y el discipulado personal. Además de ser pastor de las iglesias en estos pueblos, Pastor Juan también entrena a nuevos lideres para continuar la obra en el futuro. El también sierve las iglesias al base de la montaña por proveer la enseñanza y discipulado. Uno de los aspectos especiales del su ministerio es su ministerio a los niños de los pueblos. Pastor Juan dedica mucho de su tiempo enseñando a los niños la palabra de Dios a través de canciones y lecciones bíblicas, sembrando las semillas del evangelio en sus corazones. Pastor Juan esta casado con su esposa, Vivian, y tienen una hija que se llama Dámaris.  

June 2025 Update

Pastor Juan continues pastoring the saints in the Jaqaru villages of Aiza, Tupe, and Colca. Although the populations of these villages is declining as the younger people move away and the older generation passes on, Pastor Juan continues to put a great effort into teaching the children of these villages the Word of God and the Gospel of Christ. Recently, there have been several professions of faith in these villages, and Pastor Juan is discipling these people and counseling them as they prepare for baptism. In addition to his ministry in these three mountain villages, he also provides guidance and training to the church in Canchan at the base of the mountain. He is also working with one of the members of the church in Canchan to reach the children of another nearby town, Huallampi, with the Gospel. 

Pastor Juan requests prayer for the items listed below:

• Please pray that God would provide a place in Huallampi to either rent or buy that can be used for the children’s ministry there.
• Please pray for the church in Canchan that God would bring reconciliation and unity among the members there.
• Please pray for wisdom regarding the future ministry in Tupe as the current meeting place of the church will not be available much longer.
• Please pray for Pastor Juan’s wife as she is experiencing some issues with her health.
• Please pray that God would give grace and strength to Pastor Juan to continue faithfully in the ministry that has been entrusted to him.
