Pastor Edison Flórez is married to Meredid Correa and they have 2 children: Sofia and Evans. He is the planter of Calvary Reformed Church in Santa Marta Colombia. He was ordained and installed as a minister in 2007. Since then, he has had the privilege and responsibility of preaching the word of God each Sunday. He has a Master of Theological Studies from Miami International Seminary (MINTS) and directs the Calvary Ministerial School which is responsible for promoting sound doctrine and providing resources for ministerial equipment through conferences, workshops and free publications. 

April 2025 Update

The previous week was a testimony of God's grace and the power of faith, as the missionary team from Shelbyville Mills Baptist Church visited us in Santa Marta, where they ministered to students from local schools, developed a workshop for young people about courtship and purity, shared their testimonies in an evangelistic service, gave a conference for women and had Pastor Tyler Bowman preach the text of Ephesians 5:1-21 on Sunday. It was a great time, and the visit of our brethren greatly edified the life of the congregation.
